Brighty Basket is a direct-to-consumer Shopify store at brightybasket.com. We sell everyday products across solar lighting, home comfort, apparel, and pet essentials, and we ship orders to the United States and Canada.
What we sell
Our catalog is grouped into collections so you can shop by need:
- Solar lighting — outdoor and pathway lights, including solar garden lights with automatic on/off, for yards, walkways, and outdoor spaces.
- Home comfort — household and home-accessory items meant for daily use, along with related pieces such as tumblers.
- Apparel — clothing for men and women, including hoodies, dresses, pajamas, pants, jumpsuits, socks, and sets, plus footwear such as shoes, boots, sandals, and loafers.
- Pet essentials — products in our Pets collection for everyday pet needs.

Ordering and payment
Place orders on brightybasket.com. Checkout shows accepted payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. After payment you receive an order confirmation email. Please check it for accuracy.
Shipping
We offer standard shipping to the US and Canada. Orders under $50 USD ship at a flat $8.95 USD. Orders over $50 USD receive free standard shipping. Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Typical carrier transit is 5–10 business days (Monday–Friday), for a total of about 6–12 business days from order to delivery.
When an order ships, we email a tracking number. Use a complete, accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can work with the carrier.
Returns
We have a 30-day return window from the date you receive the item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Sale items and gift cards are not returnable. Email support@brightybasket.com to request a return before sending anything back. If the return is accepted, we send a prepaid label and instructions. Items shipped back without a request are not accepted. Approved refunds go to the original payment method, typically within 10 business days after we inspect the return.
